  The previous owners, Vettrus Family, have bought back the park in a buy back agreement with the management team that filled the the one side of the park with homes. Not sure what the Vettrus vision is--whether it'd be to continue with homes or fill the remaining spaces back up with RVs--you will have to contact them for that information. Factory Homes is no longer affiliated with Hope Valley Resort.
